Summary
- Settings and recent job history stay in browser extension storage.
- Detected media URLs are used to show the current tab's download options.
- We do not sell browsing data.
- Premium payments will be handled by Stripe when payments launch.
- The optional native helper runs locally on your machine.
Permissions
Stream Save requests page access, downloads, storage, tabs, web request observation, cookies, and optional native messaging so it can detect and save media that your current browser session can already view.
What we do not collect
- Downloaded video contents
- Passwords or form data
- Analytics events
- General browsing history unrelated to media detection
